The group seminars are highly effective for weight control. However, for sustained long term results and to re-enforce the techniques learned we recommend completing the weight control system with our one to one Virtual Gastro Band™ procedure. This is a highly specialised hypnosis session lasting between 1 and 2 hours and conducted by one of our skilled consultants. It builds on the success of the programme, re-enforcing long lasting results.
Completion of a Group Session or individual preparation session is required before undertaking the Virtual Gastro Band™ procedure. Attendees will be offered the opportunity to undergo our Virtual Gastro Band™ procedure on completion of the Group Session.

There is a choice of sessions. either 9am to 12 noon or 1pm to 4pm. Our unique group training methods are highly specialised and we find that we achieve our best results when we keep attendee numbers to a maximum of 16 per class. In the Group Sessions we take the key elements of our successful one-to-one weight control system and show you how to use our techniques within the dynamics of a group.
During the Group Session you will receive all the information needed to achieve successful weight control including; step by step training in our specialised techniques, our "Preparation For Hypnosis" CD and “Techniques Explained" booklet that accompanies the programme.
